Very thorough, explained and clarified details very well when required and took great care assisting us with purchasing the right mattress within his budget. I purchased a mattress for my caravan that needed correct measurements. Kerri went above and beyond to make sure we had it right. Our wait time was excellent. We have just come back from our first trip and I couldn’t be happier. Kerri definitely knows her job.

We purchased 2 of the “Callala” mattresses from Gail and are very happy with our choice. Gail was very helpful, advising us on which mattress would best suit our needs. Very happy with the service from Gail and Graham. Walked in, tried and walked out in about half an hour with great advice I chose the right mattress and it was delivered a week later and took my old mattress to be recycled.
