Came in to the store and was greeted by James. James was incredibly friendly and welcoming and showed us different options of what we were looking for. No question was too hard for James, and if he didn’t know he went to find out. I honestly would go back there just because of the amazing service I received. James is such a good addition to the team.

Customer service was excellent when purchasing and delivery of our new lounge, Shayna was extremely helpful explaining and answering any questions we had, highly recommend Sansoms Furniture One Nowra .

We ventured in store 3 times before committing to out York lounge. Each time Julie and other staff members were so helpful and supportive. Despite our indecisiveness! When we finally thought the time was right the process was smooth and easy. The delivery staff totally went above and beyond. Traffic conditions changed over night beyond our control that meant the delivery could not take place. Delivery driver was able to make delivery to an alternate address near by and saved the day. All pieces so well packed and arrived pristine. Thank you all so much honestly we are so happy overall. And are enjoying our first evening on our beautiful lounge.
