Nick was professional giving all the information about the car but without the sales pitch and, as a female of mature years I very appreciated this way of Nick. Very happy with my experience at Nowra Mazda this week. The staff were very friendly when I dropped my car off; listened with respect and courtesy to my requests/concerns. Explained, upon completion, very clearly and simply (without being patronising) the service and what work had been completed. I waited in their very neat, clean comy area. My entire experience was excellent. I shall be returning. And thanks for the complimentary car wash and vacuum.

Bought a new Mazda here and got a good deal. Thank you Billy. A big thumbs up to the service department as well. Rang to change the date of the cars service and it was no trouble for them. If your looking far a new car I recommend Mazda Nowra.

Highly recommend Nowra Mazda when buying a new car. All the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The show room is modern with plenty of new and used cars available.

Best service department! Great owner. I used to work for them and would definitely recommend them for the extra attention to detail.. If you think their hourly rate is high understand that they charge basically the same as most all other workshops. However they have extremely highly skilled technicians who can complete or diagnose any job you give them. Their work ethic is excellent and working for them I felt a real sense of family. Everyone working together and supporting each other to provide great sales and service to the customer at respectable prices.

Top rating to the service team at VW Kinghorn. Fixed our wheel nut problem with no fuss and sent us on our merry way. Great customer service outstanding work thanks Stephanie and the team.
