The final cost was very much what we expected as our estimate was so accurate. Jamie was easy to deal with and welcomed us on site during the renovation to see the stages progress. The project was completed on time. We are extremely happy with the build quality and workmanship of our renovation. We live far, Jamie managed the project, it was easy to reach him. We highly recommend Jamie.

Jamie and his team were incredibly professional from start to finish - from his advice while planning our renovation, through the contracting process, during the renovation and after to ensure we had no issues. Jamie is fastidious about quality and checked his team's and subcontractors work at every step. Jamie made himself available to talk to us and meet throughout the build at short notice. Our renovation took place partly during home-schooling and working from home due to Covid. All of the Jamie Shaw Team were friendly, polite and worked with us to work around us. I had a knock down and duplex rebuilt by the crew in Nowra. A lot of credit has to go to the staff behind the scenes who were so helpful throughout the process, especially when dealing with typical council nonsense that makes you want to throw the towel in.

My partner and I had the best experience possible with the people out at Hotondo Nowra. Taking care of us and keeping us informed during COVID times and helping out with any and all our concerns during the entire process. After moving in, we really couldn't be happier. Always happy to help out with any questions about owning a new home and getting things repaired for us.

I have worked on various projects within the south coast with Warren. I am a metal roofer, I always enjoy the process of installing the roof and architectural wall cladding. The team warren has on site are all great guys very skilled and we always have a laugh. Warren is a great leader of his team and it shows with the finished product, Highly recommend.

Warren Sanders Constructions built an architecturally designed pergola for Berry & District Garden Club at George St Park in Berry. The hardwood frame structure was completed with appropriate consultation and professional management by skilled tradesmen within the agreed timeframe and cost. Warren was very helpful in suggesting enhancements to the design and was a pleasure to deal with. He is highly recommended.
