3 Best Travel Agencies in Mildura VIC

My wife and I have been booking through the Mildura Flight Centre for the past 3 years now, despite relocating interstate about 2 years ago. We are always so grateful for the help and assistance provided by Andrea, who constantly goes above and beyond, whilst remaining extremely patient with our numerous child-related flight questions! We shopped around other Flight Centres’s once after relocating, however, found the service offered in comparison to Andrea’s to be extremely poor. We cannot recommend Andrea enough, she always exceeds our expectations.

I've had excellent service for two different international journeys in the last 12 months. For the first, Jessica was thorough in the booking process and in follow-up prior to and after our trip. For the second , Molly looked after our bookings very competently. When it came time to fly home, the two airlines abruptly cancelled flights and routed us through airports with no connections. The FC emergency department in Brisbane managed to get us onto flights with a third carrier. We had problems trying to get refunds for pre booked and upgraded seats. Molly has gone above and beyond in diligently working with the carriers and keeping us up to date. . Two lessons learned : booking through an agency is worth it if there's anything not straightforward, point to point about your flight; and, don't waste money on seat selections.

Thanks to Katie Dean, our holiday to Canada was brilliant. Toured the east coast then crossed to the west coast. Katie had every voucher in order, including those for flights, train travel, motels and tourist attractions. Made the trip so much easier. Katie was still available to us when a possible pilot strike was potentially going to interrupt our return flights. Thanks Katie for your expertise - it was much appreciated.

Melissa really helps planning the holiday with care and attention to detail, almost like planning the holiday for herself. Listens to what your brief is like and adding suggestions as well as an honest review of hotels or places worth visiting whilst on the holiday. Very well done.

Friendly staff and try to help to the best of their ability with tricky situations when plans need to be changed. Absolute God send with last minute changes to flight changes. Highly recommend.

When we've been on the other side of the world and our son had a quad bike accident they have always been there for us & went above & beyond helping us when we arrived home, they genuinely care.
