Kelly-Mare has been a full member of the Audiological Society of Australia since 2000. She is an internationally recognised, award-winning Lyric hearing aid provider. Pavel Korcek has been a member of the Australian College of Audiology since 2005. He has comprehensive knowledge of hearing aids and hearing assistance devices. Hearing Sense offers a wide range of hearing aids and is not aligned with any specific manufacturer. They offer hearing aid payment plans so you can pay for your hearing aids over 6 months in regular monthly instalments. They are also accredited providers under the Office of Hearing Services government hearing aid voucher scheme. On behalf of my mother, we would like to thank both Christine and Mimi for your excellence in customer service and thoroughness to assist with my needs. This was my first visit at the Brighton store and I was extremely impressed with the way in which Mini assessed, explained my hearing loss and provided a solution. In over 30 years with this company I have never left the store feeling satisfied whereas today, I have felt heard, relieved and excited to know I have been fully assessed and look forward to the next step to improve my hearing.

I was impressed with the friendly reception I received both from receptionist and Mimi the audiologist. It was the most comprehensive test of my hearing I’ve received over the last ten years or so especially regard the cochlear! I will happily recommend this place to my friends and acquaintances.

Very friendly and thorough. Would definitely recommend to anyone with hearing problems.

She unblocked both my ears with microsuction with no hassle whatsoever. Highly recommended and will definitely be going back for all future ear problems.
