I’ve had gut issues GP found nothing. I haven’t been able to sleep properly for months , I’d go to bed so tired but couldn’t get to sleep and when I did it would be a small block of sleep before I’d wake again. After listening to my health concerns and asking the right questions, she knew where to start and what was going on and it wasn’t just stress. Merridy suggested some things to help my stomach, which are easy to take .she gave me information and a guide to help It’s been easy to follow and within a week I was already falling asleep faster and sleeping longer. My stomach is settling, I haven’t had an episode of pain and my energy is coming back because I’m getting more sleep and giving my body what it needed , I just needed someone to show me how to do it and what was best for me.
