This is a very long awaited review. I saw James with my ex for marriage counselling. I can’t thank James enough for his support and guidance. I had been in an abusive and very toxic relationship for a year, and although I didn’t realise it at the time, James helped me open my eyes to the reality I was ignoring. He listened to ALL my concerns, feelings, and thoughts so patiently, calmly, and without judgment, creating a safe and supportive space that allowed me to process my emotions. One session also went over our booked hours and he didn’t even charge me for that :) Most importantly, James gave me the courage and clarity I needed to walk away from a damaging relationship, helping me rediscover my strength and self-worth. I’m forever grateful for his insight and support during that time in my life. One major takeaway from these sessions was that abusive partners/relationships cannot be fixed with any form of counselling/therapy.

James is a very good therapist, and he is such a friendly person. His prices are also very doable, they are not unreasonable at all. If I was looking for a down-to-earth, funny, kind, compassionate and understanding therapist, I’d pick James. Recommendations for James: tissues should always be provided/available during sessions LOL.

10/10 would recommend. Attended for couples counselling. Has helped us to work on our communication skills and our relationship is now stronger. Relatable and friendly guy. Made us both feel comfortable and at ease.

I couldn't recommend Irina enough. I was very sceptical about trying couples counselling but she has been amazing. it's great learning how to communicate properly to ensure our relationship endures through the hardships life can throw at us. Irina is a kind, compassionate and understanding therapist and is worth her weight in gold. thank you for helping and guiding us on this journey.

Irena was incredibly calm and helpful during our sessions . She always respected both sides of the conflict and helped us to respectfully and calmly work through our problems.

Paul has a different approach to previous counselors I've seen, first I was a little unsure but over time I find the methods used are extremely effective. I am in a much better place. Paul is flexible and has a variety of available times work in with schedules.
