Nicolette Scheepers has been amazing. She has not only given me the tools to help with my weight loss journey, but importantly she has educated me on hormones, insulin resistance and how these slow my weight loss. Knowledge is power.

I saw David about 4 weeks ago; he was knowledgeable on how to better manage my type 2 diabetes through the changing of some nutritional routines in my eating patterns by suggesting some things that were more geared for my adhd brain, therefore, also keeping my energy levels more consistent.
