I highly recommend Physio Fit for anyone needing professional and supportive physiotherapy.

I highly recommend Physio Fit! Zydan was able to fix my ongoing knee issues and for the first time in years, I’m pain free. He explained the issues and outlined the goals/timeline clearly, so I left each session feeling confident and had a good understanding of what was going on. The clinic itself is also nice and the reception staff were very friendly. Definitely the best experience I’ve had with a physio.

Pretty good and professional service! My daughter got torn ligament around the ankle. Zydan has thoroughly checked her and gave instructions of exercises throughout the sessions. After a few weekly sessions, her ankle has been restored and she is able to be back to sports . We are quite happy with the progress and result.

Have been here multiple times for different injuries over the years and had a great experience every time. The focus is always on getting you back into condition as quickly as possible so you don’t need to keep coming back again and again. I am always properly assessed and given treatment that is tailored to my specific needs as well as provided with a practical and achievable set of exercises to do between sessions.

I have found the staff and all the physios at Kinetic very helpful and encouraging when attending the gym and receiving treatment. A great happy environment to work in the gym to help build up strength and recover from different issues as we age. So knowledgeable. Thank you. Highly recommend.
