I had sudden vision trouble, and Alice, the optometrist, quickly found the issue, arranged an immediate hospital referral, and I had a procedure the same day. She even called the next day to check on me. Excellent care and service!

I was sent to Oscar Wylee by a pharmacy because I had either a style or infection in my eye. The receptionists accommodated me immediately and got me in with the optometrist. The optometrist was friendly, thorough and very informative. I was very happy with how I was treated and would recommend.

Excellent experience at Specsavers, very good customer service from all personnel, and also they ensure you are happy and comfortable with the glasses you get, offering warranty. In my case I had to re do my eye test (done previously in another company with no warranty) that I didn’t feel correct, and this was quick and easy. Many thanks for that. Really appreciate it.

I had an eye test recently at Bailey Nelson. Phuong was very friendly and professional, checked out my eye health thoroughly and prepared a new prescription for my lenses. I subsequently obtained some new prescription sunglasses and the staff helped me choose some smart-looking frames and arranged for them to be made up. I am very happy with the result.

Overall had a pleasant experience with my eye test and picking out my new prescription glasses. Friendly and competent staff.
