3 Best Bakeries in Adelaide SA

I fell in love with this place when I visited Adelaide this August for 7 days.. Such a great place for coffee and pie I have been there over 15 times in that 7 days! Almost tried all of their pies and each of these pie tasted absolutely delicious and so flavourful. This is definitely a must try bakery for pie lovers. Their coffee is great too The New York cheesecake is another must try.

I'm not a fan of cake & pie, but I'm convinced every time I go to this bakery to buy takeaway for my family. I get served almost immediately for each visit. My children absolutely love meatpie, doughnuts, and croissants. All taste yummy. Next time, we will definitely try cheesecake.

Fantastic place indoor and outdoor seating space. I tried only Coffee and it was one of the best coffee experiences. The staff is so friendly. There are heaps of other bakery items. Highly recommended place to hang out with friends and families.

We are on a winter beachside holiday in Glenelg. We had brunch at Orange Spot, and ordered the award winning Shiraz Beef and Caramelised Onion Pie, a Mediterranean chicken quiche and a chunky beef and mushroom pie. All were delicious. $20 total bill. Staff were friendly, and the seating area was ample, clean and bright. A wonderful winter warmer. I was impressed that this bakery had so many chunky beef options, rather than mince. Later we bought some treats for afternoon tea. The vanilla slice was generously sized, and yummy. Hubby said his choc-iced donut tasted super-fresh.

Read about the award winning pasties made here and just had to give them a try. Absolutely delicious!!!! Hands down best pastie I have ever eaten and I’ve had a fair few. Very reasonably priced and great service topped off the experience. I’m only in Adelaide for a few days but I will be back for one more pastie before I go.

We popped in to try earlier in the week and we weren’t dissapointed! Between us we had a vanilla slice, custard tart, sausage roll & potato pie and we’ve agreed it’s the best we’ve tried in years! We called in today and ordered Shiraz pie aswell as what we had last time and again, it was amazing. The service was good and the place is clean. Thankyou! We will be back.

One of the best bakeries in SA! Berry/custard danish was superb as were both pies (ate them too quickly to get a pic). The huge ciabatta tasted like fresh home made bread (obviously... but there's something special about it) and our donut, kitchener and coffee were all tasty. Busy, but the line moves quickly. Highly recommend!

These are some damn good pies. Got a steak and green peppercorn and a steak and mushroom pie. Both were excellent, probably the best pie we have had in 7 months since leaving Brisbane. Heaps of chunky meat with a rich gravy, well seasoned and the perfect pastry. Well done.

Another great experience today at the local bakery. Coffee, food and staff are always on point. The rustic sourdoughs are top notch too they had some big shoes to fill but the new owners are kicking goals.
