10 out of 10. The best place in Adelaide for a great steak. My family tried a variety of different cuts, each with its own distinct character and flavor. Each cooked to perfection. Fresh plump natural Oysters to share and get the hungry mouths ready for starters. The sides of mash and chips were great too. The service was also on point. If you have been looking for a good piece of beef, give the little hunter a try and you won't be disappointed.

Great restaurant with good food and lovely service. Food: Definitely will recommend their natural oysters. You can feel the freshness and sweetness while eating without any toppings or sauce. Steaks are juicy and well-cooked as well. Will recommend their Angus eye filet with mushroom sauce.

The steaks were delicious, cooked perfectly, lots of flavour. My husband said his was melt in the mouth. The chips were super crunchy but soft on the inside. The pepper gravy was a really good one. The garlic bread we had was also yummy. Our order was missed but it was addressed promptly and with apology once it was raised, which was appreciated. We would come back again.

This place is really an institution that needs no introduction. The tomahawk was simply divine. The beef was roasted perfectly and I really loved the beef tartare. Service was also great. Our waitress even helped us get rid of a creepy crawlie (we were outdoors) that drove my fellow diner insane.

We both had the ribeye steak and some red wine. The steaks were cooked perfectly to medium-rare and were so tender. I have eaten here a number of times over the last three years, and I have always enjoyed my meals.

I had such a wonderful time with my baby in pram in this restaurant. Waitresses are so warm and welcoming. The foods are lit (my medium rare is finally a mediumrare), and they serve a very good wine list.

A delectable dinner to end a fantastic few days exploring Adelaide. Ending on a high this place was perfect for a delicious steak. Cooked to my perfection it was just amazing. The scallops were also so delicious I could have ordered a few more just for myself. Overall experience of the food and service was on point. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back again someday.

i went there for lunch. wanted to have a good steak. the manager served us, he was very friendly and attentive. the food was good, they almost forgot my salad but came out quickly after mentioned it. overall good service and food. perfectly cooked medium rare steak.

The Meat & Wine co exceeded my expectations last night. They’ve done a great job with the space and have created a contemporary, warm and cosy environment. I didn’t have a booking and the place was packed but they found a seat for me. I enjoyed the meal and the wine. Service is the same across this chain to the point where it’s over attentive - just give me 5 minutes to breathe and chew the food - but no biggie at the end of the day as overall, it was great.
