3 Best Chinese Restaurants in Adelaide SA

Absolute class and the perfect example of "simple, yet effective" We came here on a late night out and had very basic requirements - late night delicious Chinese food. Looking at Ying Chow from the outside it doesn't look like anything special, but you couldn't be more wrong with that assumption. As you approach you start seeing their accolades Then the food starts coming out.. all I can say is wow. Their menu size isn't as large as other Chinese restaurants but every single thing that comes out is quick and quality. China town is FULL of options but to me this place is great for a late night feed with friends. Give it a chance, I'm sure you'll be impressed.

The staff at Ying Chow were amazing, they were so friendly and helpful, smiles all the time and very attentive. We enjoyed entrees of chicken and corn soup very nice, thick with pulled chicken, Dim Sims, steamed with generous and tasty filling, curry puffs and satay chicken kebabs. We had the smoked duck pieces with a tea sauce, again generous served and nicely cooked, the fresh prawn and sugar pea dish had a lovely sauce with a perfect cook on the prawn. I can't remember the names of the two other dishes but they were also full of flavour .

One of the best Chinese restaurants in Adelaide. Have been going there for years, always consistently good - run by smart Chinese who know about good customer service. Simple, no fuss, no attitude, & so reasonably priced. Love it.

Absolutely delicious food and great service! Super duper recommend the barramundi Yello curry! Something is worth to die for!!!!! The fish is still so crunchy after being in the sauce !!!! Another highlight is the special - scallops!! Coconut and scallops?! Who would have thought !!!!! Wine list also good! We had white and red. Definitely recommend the red! staffs are very nice and friendly.

One of my favourite restaurants in Adelaide, the food is always delicious and the atmosphere amazing. It was my birthday and they bought me a dessert with a sparkler, singing happy birthday (which had not been organised by my family) which was also free of charge. A wonderful touch.

There's a reason why they're an award winning restaurant. Service is the best in Gouger St. The food is always a hit with friends that we take there for the first time. Our go too for a great meal.

This Chinese restaurant experience was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly, and all the dishes were delicious, but the eggplant dish was particularly outstanding.

43.50$ per person for a 1.5hrs buffet, enjoy my time there, service is quick, all you can eat, apart from the glutinous rice chicken. which the rice textures are overcooked and taste different, rest are good, love their coconut and mango pudding desserts.

Friendly staff. We had the lobster which was sold at market price, peking duck, steamed oysters with XO sauce, and many other delicious dishes. It was not too busy compared to other similar restaurants.
