I cannot recommend these guys enough. I moved down here for a couple of months (so brand new customer and unlikely to be a longer term customer) during COVID. They serviced my road bike and honestly it's never run better in the last 5 years. The service was simply excellent. I just wish I could stil service my bike here when I go back to Melbourne.

Amazing service with a very helpful crew. I bought a bike online on Facebook marketplace, the seller was from Devonport and I am from Sydney. I contacted the shop suggested by the seller and they were very helpful with packing and with the pick up by the courier. Highly recommend! Very much appreciate.

Staff were very helpful with a high end tcr purchase, and assisted with swapping a different size stem. Workshop build quality was immaculate.

My son purchased a Trek E-Bike about 6 months ago and the service was great. Also have had to buy many different bike parts etc and I cannot recommend Ulverstone Bicycles enough. Thank you for the great service you provide.

I purchased a Trek Rail 5 E-bike 18 months ago. The customer service was prompt followed with scheduled and meticulous services as required, I certainly reccomend business with Ulverstone Bicycles.

Purchased 2 bikes for the kids at Christmas time and another 2 for my partner and I not long after. 10/10 service from the team. Wouldn’t go anywhere else to purchase a bike.

We hired bikes from them and then went back and ordered our very own! lots of good quality products to choose from and they won't try to upsell you something you wont need! I stripped the thread on a crank I was trying to remove on my bike and couldn't remove it, so I popped in and these guys dropped everything and got it removed in seconds. Champions.

Awesome service friendly staff set you and your bike up and nothings two hard.

Stupidly warped my back wheel rim pulling out of a car parking space in Geelong on way to Spirit of Tasmania. First thing on arrival in Tassie (after coffee of course!) was to pop in and see if it was fixable. It was and he did!! Really helpful, job done, reasonable cost, holiday recovered!!
