I'm very happy with the service I received from the team at Washington Cycles. They serviced my mountain bike quickly and for a price I thought was very reasonable. Their communication with me during this time was excellent! After picking the bike up and riding it for a day i noticed a couple of small adjustments that needed doing. Washo told me to drop back into the shop and they did the minor adjustments on the spot and I was out again in no time. Give the little shop a go. Like me you might be surprised with the prices and personal service you receive.

Dropped my bike in on way home needed cable replaced new bar tape , store was pretty busy. Was advised I could pick up next day , just over an hour later received txt bike is ready…..super service.

Very awesome staff and great shop! fixed my snapped bike cable in no time and helped me understand the problems. Lovely place.
