I was referred to wollongong bike hub to get lights and helmet and mirrors for my mobility scooter under personal care and safety ndis they were awesome and invoiced my plan manager got not suitable mirrors they swapped them and fitted appropriate ones for me and threw in a little bell for my safety at no extra cost they were so good and polite and courteous and mindful and respectful so if you have a supa light mobility scooter like mine with no lights and mirrors and need it billed to your ndis consumables to your plan manager wollongong bike hub is the go to place Super awesome service guys thankyou now i can travel safe independently early evening and you can all see me coming now No excuses and no more road rage and pedestrian rage.

I spoke to two different staff members over two different days, trying to find the right stand for my sons mountain bike.. Both time I was meet with the most helpful, informative and kind service. I received emails all the way along to tell me when it was ordered and shipped.. I am so impressed by this shop and the amazing service I received.. thank you.

The customer service here is on the next level - beyond superb! The guys were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, professional and friendly. I was a walk in repair and the guys turned it around in the same day. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Well done all.

Contacted Giant Wollongong last week regarding a particular bike that was on sale. Jessica was excellent in providing prompt responses to all messages during the week and despite changing my mind for a different model at the last point, there was two bikes ready to go this morning. The team made some adjustments and set the shocks for my weight. Cannot fault them at all. Well done GW.

Ryan and his team were amazing. I travelled down from Sydney to look for a bike with an xl frame. They went above and beyond to find a bike in my size and customise it to fit my body and riding style. Would 100% recommend this store. I have been riding the tcr pro advanced 2 for 3 months now without it missing a beat. Well worth the trip down south.

Amazing service, very helpful. I was chasing around for a new rear triangle for my bike and the guys at Local Cycle Co were extremely helpful. They organised a replacement part very quickly and were always very responsive in replying to my emails and inquiries. I would definitely recommend the Local Cycle Co.
