The centre has a fully equipped gym, a functional training area, a group exercise room, an indoor heated pool, and an athletics track. They have a distinctive range of fitness classes. The centre has a gymnasium and cardio fitness studio, a 25-meter indoor heated pool, weight loss programs, seniors' programs, child minding, and kids' classes. The centre provides a children's care service that gives parents some time to work. They also have programmes for all ages, abilities, and fitness levels. Beaton Park Leisure Centre offers 1.5 hours of freestyle.
