“Beaton Park Leisure Centre has been an ideal place for health and fitness for more than 40 years. The centre has a gym, a fully equipped gym, a functional training area, a group exercise room, an indoor heated pool, and an athletics track. They have a distinctive range of fitness classes. The centre has a gymnasium and cardio fitness studio, a 25-meter indoor heated pool, weight loss programs, seniors' programs, child minding, and kids' classes. The centre provides children's care service that gives parents some time to work out. They also have programmes for all ages, abilities, and fitness levels. Beaton Park Leisure Centre offers 1.5 hours of freestyle.”

“Kiama Leisure Centre has an indoor multi-purpose fitness and sports facility owned and operated by the municipal council. The centre has lap swimming, recreational swimming, and aqua-aerobics. The indoor facility provides a 25-metre heated pool, heated toddlers' pool, spa and sauna, and a popular aqua aerobics program. The centre has youth groups, social clubs, and corporate groups. They have a full aquatic area, gym, and group fitness classes, which are maintained by professionally trained lifeguards and gym trainers. The centre is accessible by tram, with underground public parking available. Kiama Leisure Centre offers family and group packages.”
