3 Best Cakes in Central Coast NSW

Worked and lived in Gosford for the past 7 years and haven’t been anywhere else as GOOD as Cakes by Kyla. Not only is the taste of their cupcakes to die for, but the service and generosity is next level. They’ve made my gender reveal cakes, baby shower cakes and just a random six pack of sweet treats to cheer up my colleagues. They never fail to amaze not only me but the community around me. Shaun and Kyla really are genuine great people.

Loved these cute baby shower cupcakes made by Kyla. They were delicious and as always Kyla was so helpful in helping me work out what I wanted in the lead-up. She even helped me pack the cupcakes safely into my car. Thank you!

Thanks kyla for making these beauties on a very short notice… these were so soft, moist and flavourful loved them and were gone in seconds…the service is incredible both the attendees at shop are super nice and cooperative… definitely my go to cake shop now.

The staff at Cake & Plate had me crying due to their beautiful generosity and kindness. My wedding was cancelled due to flooding with less then 48hrs to go, and they were more then happy to work with us and our new date, which we picked just 3 weeks away. And not only that, they insisted they drop the cake off and do the flowers as well for free because of the drama we had been through!! (Amazing because I was going to pick the cake up and do the flowers myself lol). When they arrived with the cake on the day of my wedding they were a delight to chat too and were ready to get to work. And they absolutely nailed the cake brief; white chocolate mud with Oreo chunks. Everybody at the wedding was raving about it... gorgeous to look at, moist, light, so full of flavour, brilliant cake to icing ratio... it was just bloody delicious. I can't thank Cake & Plate enough; world class cake makers and downright legends <3

I ordered a customed Game of Thrones cake for my partners birthday. From my online enquiry, everything was easy and seamless. I showed Sharyn a design of the cake, and I was super impressed with how it turned out. It also tasted delicious. Sharyn was so helpful and lovely, I highly recommend her and her store.

We needed a special cake made for a 80th birthday party. So many businesses made it difficult to get what we wanted but when we approached Sharon her answer was “sure, no problem”. True to her word our cake was as requested visually and tasted wonderful. All this and at what we felt was a reasonable price. Our guest loved it!

We have just ordered our second cake in two weeks for another Grandsons birthday as our 10yr old Grandson just celebrated his birthday with an amazing cake we ordered from here. Not only was it exactly as I requested, it looked phenomenal and the kids devoured it. Hence our second order for the next one as our other Grandson said, and I quote verbatim “Nanny this is the best cake I’ve ever had and I want this exact flavour for my birthday” Easy to order, excellent service, amazing all round. I will be recommending to everyone.

My cake was a customised science inspired cake for my daughters 21st. It truly was the most delicious tasting cake, but more so, the most phenomenal artwork I could have ever asked for. My guests have not stopped raving or complimenting the cake and how beautiful it was. Many thanks and I cannot wait to order another one from you.

We ordered a Moana birthday cake and cookies party favours from Yummy Delicious- they exceeded my expectations. The Cake was a total stunner as well as being yummy and delicious. The cookies were gorgeous and also very yummy. Yummy Delicious absolutely lives up to their name. Thank you so much. My daughter had an amazing birthday!
