Had my dear old Kluger serviced here recently and was very impressed with the customer service.. The Service department staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make things as easy as possible. Especially Brad, he was wonderful & explained all the costs and what was needed to be done and made sure l was looked after. Barb too was great. They really made the whole process as easy as possible Thanks guys .. Highly recommend.

Guys here work hard to come to the party. Always excellent service and help, prices are as good if not better then after market on most parts. Sales team also puts in the hard work to help you out. Can't wait for the new Prado.

Chris was very knowledgeable, helpful and great to work with. Thank you for making our first new car buying experience stress free! Really happy with the service at Shepparton Toyota.

Andrew was fantastic deal with at Shepp Mazda. I came in Saturday to test drive a car, and today 4 days later have taken home my new car. The whole process was smooth and I had no issues at all along the way. I'd like to thank Andrew for his help securing this awesome car, and also Kassie for making the email processes track along so fast! I highly recommend the guys at Shepparton Mazda if you're looking for a car. Absolute pleasure.

I can highly recommend McPherson Motors Shepparton. Friendly Staff and easy to deal with. It's the second car I have purchased new from them, and would go back again. The pick up was a breeze and everything was done to our wishes.

Since I bought my little Mazda 4 years ago McPherson Motors have been absolute fantastic to deal with. Not that I have to contact them very often. My car has not given me any headaches so I just take it in for its annual service. Everyone is very friendly.

Ange was fantastic to purchase my new Wildtrack X though, have since had it serviced twice in Darryl Twitt Shepparton and never had an issue with the service team, vehicle returned cleaned and vacuumed with updates via SMS, vehicle returned earlier than promised.
