Amazing after sales service!. My front security screen door lock wasn't locking? Being summer, I like to have the doors opened but locked . I phoned O'Sullivan Bricks and Windows, spoke with Lewis, explained my small problem and within 24 hours the lock had been repaired, 2 spare keys were supplied and i couldn't have been more impressed with their very professional and efficient approach.

Wes, Brian and Harley came to check our new window and glass sliding door installation today, and fit our security sliding doors. We couldn't possibly be any happier with the attention given to the task at hand. From Gavin in sales at the outset, the delivery guys with our order and after service today were all top notch. At all times the staff were skilled, attentive and polite. Great representatives for the business. So glad we chose to go with Dowell!

Ben Morgan gave an hours notice before arriving, he had a courteous manner, removed his boots before entering our home. Ben explained how to remove and replace the fly screens for cleaning. We are very happy with the installations.

I called about a sliding door that needed replacement glass, within 30 mins he was over to look at it. Guys come to get the door later that day and within the 24 hours it was back and installed. Great service, great price and speedy. Very happy with how easy it was, so glad I rang around, cheapest price and most said it would take weeks before they could do it.

Matt was very competent and professional, quickly resolving issues we were having with an older self closing sliding glass door as part of meeting access to pool area compliance standards. He also made repairs to a second sliding door to ensure it was working smoothly and sealing properly. Matt was very respectful and pleasant to deal with and we would highly recommend his services.

Had a broken sliding door in our outdoor area on the 28th Dec. Nearly all businesses are shut but after one phone call he came out and assessed the job at 4.30pm, removed the frame went away and came back 2 hours later and installed at 6.30pm. Absolutely first class service and couldn’t recommend more highly!!
