Excellent customer service! Both on the phone and then in store, everyone was extremely helpful. Amazing prices! I have been looking for an affordable leather lounge suite for awhile and stumbled onto a lounge suite at focus on furniture for I price that honestly I thought was a typo. Went into the Shepparton store and the team were very helpful, answering all our questions about care of the lounge suite. Top quality product. Really Happy.

I bought a new bedroom set from focus, and they were amazing… helped me figure out exactly what I was looking for in store, and communicating with me each step of the way until delivery, the delivery man was also so lovely and assembled our furniture for us, it was great. Highly highly recommend focus on furniture Shepparton. Will be using them for all our furniture needs in the future.
