If i can i would give more than 5 stars, i ordered samsung s9 online through the website, due to some error system, my order didn't come through but my money got taken away. Darren, the webshop operator and his manager was very so helpful, he responded to bunch of my emails immidiately and handled the issue very well, even when i complained about the phone i received, he still managed to make it work for me by replacing with another phone. highly reccomended! i would definitely love to comeback and buy more stuff from this cashies.

Always friendly staff and ready to help, but I must say young Hannah was a standout in customer service, chatting about the goods to make me aware of what was in store ect. I'm a regular in store and felt she was a breath of fresh air answering questions about items I was interested in. Well done Hannah, going the extra mile in helping people in customer service.

Jack was super helpful. Amazing customer service and knowledge of all products. So appreciative.
