My husband purchased my engagement ring from Blizzards so it seemed like the natural choice to get our wedding bands from there too. We saw Lyn for the initial try on for size and ordered our bands. Unfortunately, my husband’s ring was mistakenly ordered in the incorrect size and arrived too small. After being informed that a resize was not an option, a replacement was ordered in the correct size. Throughout the hiccups, the staff at Blizzard’s were friendly, calm, and solved the problem promptly, which is a true reflection of their expert customer service. Would highly recommend.

Blizzards really know “Customer Service” I have made a special order with them on two seperate occasions and both times they have got my item in very quickly and I have loved both items. Purdeys sales staff give you a chance to look around before they ask you if you need any assistance, they are very polite, friendly, and they tell you the difference between gold and gold plated, same with silver jewelry and they are respectable of your needs and price wise.

Purdey’s Jewellers have been amazing to deal with. My engagement ring went through a house fire and they cleaned it from black to sparkling again. The staff were so lovely, I highly recommend going here for all your jewellery needs.
