Super quick, high quality and the best service! I was in a rush to a class but just purchased an iPad and did not want the screen to break on the first day. So I came in and they quickly applied my screen cover making sure it was perfect! The guys put so much effort in and typical me was in a rush but they finished and I arrived to my class on time! They also did this free of charge I couldn’t thank them enough! Totally recommend I trust these guys with all my devices!

Elizabeth is awesome, always so helpful and knowledgeable. I continue to use this shop for all my IT needs and repairs, and with covid shopping distance restrictions, it's not a problem because Elizabeth at phone culture is the best - everyone I've sent to her agrees and the prices are comparable to better than elsewhere.

Arlen (the bald guy) managed to fix my iPhone within 15 mins and beat all competitor's prices on the Coast. He is a true blue Aussie bloke with excellent customer service. He has years of experience and definitely knows his stuff... I wouldn't trust any other repairer.

Ben was absolutely outstanding last week for us. My daughters motherboard had corroded and she had a major assessment due that week. He went out of his way to help us find a solution + was able to turn it all around in 24 hours. He's professional, so knowledgeable and a super lovely person. I had a great experience with Ben at iFix. When my phone's adhesive failed, causing the back cover to peel off, Ben squeezed me in that same afternoon and fixed it on the spot. He also explained what caused this and how to avoid it in the future. The whole thing was quick and easy, and i was really happy with the result. Highly recommend Ben for any phone repairs!
