We went with Impact electrical to upgrade our switch board and add couple of indoor/outdoor switches. We had pleasure dealing with Jonah, and what an amazing bloke he is. Right from inspection to completing the work, he was very patient, respectful and thorough. Right on time at 7:30 to start the work and explained the process clearly. Through out the day he kept us updated and he didn’t rush the process at all. We are very pleased with the results. Our switch board now looks safe, great and ready for the solar. I highly recommend Impact electrical and Jonah for any jobs you might be considering

We had Impact Electrical come install our Tesla wall charger. From first contact with Megan and Lachlan, they were professional and friendly. Promptly providing a quote and then easy to book in a time that suited. Troy came out to install, he was on time, efficient and professional. Highly recommend Impact Electrical. I was impressed by their professionalism and customer service! Very satisfied customer will use again!

From the initial phone call through to a quote and then having the work completed was less than 3 days. Everyone at Impact was professional and responsive and the guys that came and did the work went above and beyond. Excellent service that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Great customer service from the office, very friendly people. The Electricians sent were Andrew and Tom and they were very friendly and professional even with the temperature climbing. We had several things done as per their quote and in the process a couple of other unexpected things popped up and these were handled with no problems. Great company to deal with and would fully recommend them.
