Another luke warm shower this morning. Placed call request from the fluid plumbing website. Call back immediately and eta given for arrival of technicians. Within 45 minutes , Ryan and his assistant arrived to evaluate the state of my old out of warranty heater. Ryan had all the technical formation on hand plus experience on the best option for us. Within 45 minutes a brand new Rheem Stellar was delivered from Fluid and boys installed and checked and the old heater removed. Worksite cleaned and tidy and within and hour we had hot water again. Punctual, did exactly what they said they’d do and as per quote provided. I’ve got a few other things I’ve scheduled with them to do over the next few months. I highly recommend these guys, very professional and price was very reasonable.

Fantastic service from Ben. Followed up the night before to make sure that we were still ok with the agreed upon time, and arrived promptly the following morning. Courteous, listened to what we wanted, and even threw in a free tap. Removed all rubbish and took it away, and was reasonable in price. Would highly recommend for all your plumbing needs.
