I'm super happy with the fast, efficient and friendly service provided by Richard and his team. I bought a new laptop from their shop last week. Richard transferred everything over from my old laptop in record time, even managing to reinstall some very old programs with just the scanty info I had. He quickly worked out why I couldn't connect to my printer and had that all sorted out in a few minutes. I would have been happy to pay for this extra service, but all this for just the price of the laptop. Thanks Richard.

I'm only new in Australia and in the Central Coast. It was hard for me to find a local computer store to buy components for my gaming needs. Had a fantastic experience with Richard and Sandra assisting me on the whole process even if it went beyond 5pm. They didn't try to upsell you and only suggest what you need. I highly recommend them. I was happy I was able to support a local business here in the Coast.
