My galaxy S23 screen totally smashed. Visited PTC Broadbeach and was quote for a new screen. I thought expensive but after getting quotes from two other companies discovered this was by far the cheapest. The lovely lady there was so helpful and friendly I gave her the job. One hour later my phone was ready, better than new. Customer service here 5 star.

I attended this store this afternoon and the manager Hannah was super kind, understanding and patient to help me with my elderly mothers iPhone case issue. Hannah is a very helpful customer service manager and I wouldn’t hesitate to make further purchases at this store. Thank you Hannah for helping me I’m very grateful.

Had an issue with my S20 charging port, would charge ok depending on the lead, but wouldn't work on Android auto. A very polite, efficient lady cleaned the port firstly, then when that didn't solve the problem she replaced the port. The initial fee was deducted from the price. It has worked perfectly since. She also replaced the screen protector, and did a very neat job. Overall, great value for money, excellent workmanship

Whether iPhone or Samsung, they provide reasonable price and fast service. Takes one hour screen fix if they have part.Thanks for your great help!! Highly recommended. Lady was very kind.
