From the initial consultation to the final installation, the service was excellent. What impressed me the most was their attention to detail. They carefully assessed my home to recommend the perfect unit that would best suit my cooling needs. The installation itself was efficient and tidy; they left no mess behind and took the time to ensure everything was functioning perfectly before they left. Now that I've been using the unit for a few weeks, I can say it has made a world of difference in my home comfort! The cooling is both powerful and very quiet, creating a pleasant environment. Very impressed with first consult, listening to what I needed and offering good suggestions. The team installing were professional, courteous and thorough. Listened to my concerns and were prepared to alter something I thought was wrong, but turned out to be the best option after discussion anyway, so thank you. Very tidy and respectful of house. Perfect job, great installation team, very professional and courteous quote. Gui, Peter, Blake, Kaysee, Tyrone, Lochie and the rest of the installation crew - what amazing service from these cheerful and easy-going people. From the initial inspection of my four bedroom home to the installation of my Daikin ducted air conditioning system to the after sales follow up, I couldn't be happier with the service. The system runs beautifully too and Tyrone did an expert job aligning the vents in the ceiling for the best aesthetic effect. So my home now has terrific climate control and looks smart too. And my dog was very happy for the company and attention on the day. I highly recommend Think Cooling. I wish I'd known of them years ago and had them duct my veterinary clinic rather than me replacing separate split system wall units as I went along... Definitely think Think Cooling

Just had a replacement installation done as our old unit broke and have had a fantastic experience throughout. From the first call, getting a quote and working out the best system, through to the installation today, the service has been wonderful and the boys got the job done well. It was hot today and they worked through it in the hot roof and we had a good few laughs in between. If you're looking for friendly service and great pricing then these are the ones to go with.
