I had some major issues with back flow from all of my storm water pipes overflowing. I had just bought this property and this was the first heavy downpour I had seen since moving here. As the pictures show, the piping that needed to be done was extensive as there was a high chance that it had been like this fore many years and there could be water going under the slab. All these problems and associated solutions and costs involved were all explained to me easily for my wife and I to understand by Zane who attended my site and gave us the quote. The quality of work was fantastic and any questions that we asked were answered promptly and there was great communication between Zane and Lachlan who attended the job over the following days(3 days in total) and Lachlan who finished off the job with the help of a few other guys from the company. I forgot the name of the other plumber who attended on the last day, but his work and understanding were also excellent. You definitely pay for what you get, and although there may be cheaper alternative companies out there and also more expensive one's as well, JetSet plumbing fit right in the middle but the quality of workmanship and professionalism was second to none. I would highly recommend this company to come out and give anyone a quote on small or major works as my experience with them was very memorable and I think the pictures speak for themselves. Had an urgent issue with an old broken water tank. Ben came out the same day I called and redirected our plumbing and worked out draining the water from the tank. Very relieved it have this sorted with all the storm weather we are having. Thank you so much!

Jamie contacted me 30 minutes before arriving, as promised. He was on time and found my problem quickly and gave me the name of an electrician to fix my problem. I liked the fact that he had "CleanBoots" covers for his boots instead of having to remove his boots every time he came into the house. Will definitely recommend the company (and Jamie).

DCM Plumbing really is a genuine & honest company to deal with! I am suspicious of any plumber who says "fixed price" or "No call out fee" but DCM actually deliver on that commitment. Merideth answered my call, she is friendly and compassionate to my broken underground water pipe, she got a leak detections specialist out within 2 hours at a fixed $220 inc gst, when all other plumbers demanded $450-500 then $98 per hour.. They found the leak in minutes and gave me an amazing fixed price quote for repair. The next morning Jackson the plumber arrived at the agreed time, he is an exceptionally good tradesperson, full of knowledge and immediately replaced the broken underground pipe, - Bradley Koopmans

Christian was fantastic! I called them on fire when I had a problem with my store plumbing. Then arrived quickly and when I saw him he seemed to glow! Of course he didn't let me down and helped me unclog my pipes. Very professional and quick! And Christian also hurt his finger, so I hope he can take good care of himself and not hurt himself again.
