Had an issue with our gas hot water system. I did a google search and came up with Jetset Plumbing. Started a live chat and in that time arranged for someone to come out and have a look. Communication between them and myself was perfect. I was never left waiting. Joe came out and explained that a new hot water unit was needed. He explained why and gave me a few choices to pick from. He was back 2 days later to install it. I cant fault the customer service that I received. I will definitely be keeping Jetset Plumbing in my contacts list for any future jobs that may arrive.

Best plumbing service on the coast, I have moved into a 16yr old house just on 2yrs ago, not ever having a regular plumber or any maintenance in a long time it's hard to make sure you can get good workmanship, service and not get ripped off. I called up and had the loveliest lady answered all my questions, within less than 24hrs a plumber was at my door to assess all the issues and get them sorted out. He was very polite efficient and knew how to fix my list of problems straight away, this is a great business an I would definitely recommend them, Also very very affordable.
Josh attended early and fixed all problems with my Bidet straight away. Only took 1 hour and told me all about pricing before started. Very nice guy who knows his work. Happy to give favourable review as I am a little knowledgeable in the renovation game. Will definitely be using this company for all plumbing ???? needs in the future.

DCM Plumbing really is a genuine & honest company to deal with! I am suspicious of any plumber who says "fixed price" or "No call out fee" but DCM actually deliver on that commitment. Merideth answered my call, she is friendly and compassionate to my broken underground water pipe, she got a leak detections specialist out within 2 hours at a fixed $220 inc gst, when all other plumbers demanded $450-500 then $98 per hour.. They found the leak in minutes and gave me an amazing fixed price quote for repair. The next morning Jackson the plumber arrived at the agreed time, he is an exceptionally good tradesperson, full of knowledge and immediately replaced the broken underground pipe, - Bradley Koopmans
Christian was fantastic! I called them on fire when I had a problem with my store plumbing. Then arrived quickly and when I saw him he seemed to glow! Of course he didn't let me down and helped me unclog my pipes. Very professional and quick! And Christian also hurt his finger, so I hope he can take good care of himself and not hurt himself again.
