Lana in the office is absolutely the best, nothing was too much trouble for her and she worked around our circumstances. As for the removalist crew, Carl, Sam and Nathan were fantastic. My wife and I recently used A Smooth Move Removals to move our furniture from storage to our new home. We had used A Smooth Move to place our furniture in storage 6 months ago. Both experiences were excellent. Simple booking with efficient confirmation and day before follow up. The removal teams were quick but careful, placing items exactly where we wanted, assembling beds, installing washing machine, etc. We would highly recommend their services.

Blair, Mauricio and Guilherme were amazing! We are so grateful for all their assistance and help with moving. They were efficient, communicated well, were cautious and careful with our belongings, polite and did their job to the highest standard with great care. The Posch and Silva crew did an amazing job. They wrapped our furniture prior to moving it to their truck to avoid buffet doors from swinging open or soft furniture from being damaged. All our furniture arrived safely at our destination. Highly recommended - the team was thorough and efficient in carrying out their duties. Very friendly team! Thyago was very informative and helpful and updated me on when they were at pickup location. Very heavy marble table arrived at home safely! Great job will use them again.
