3 Best Child Care Centres in Tweed Heads NSW

We have only had our daughter at Story House for a month but based on my interactions with the team and educators in the Banksia room, they listen to my concerns and provide a lot of reassurance while my daughter and I are both adjusting to being apart, which I appreciate. Although drop offs have been a challenge while we adjust, she settles very well and is always happy when I pick her up telling me everything that she has done, and sometimes wanting to stay longer. The spacious outdoor area is great and provides lots of different play options. The menu is fantastic too with lots of variety.

I've really enjoyed this centre. My daughters come home happy and with lots to say about their days. The educators are nurturing and genuinely care for my daughters, the play area is great and the centre has been great with communication, drop offs and health issues.

Thanks Paula, Tracy and team for looking after our daughter so attentively during her start to daycare. We were so glad to know that Paula was able to speak my wife’s language - Portuguese to our daughter and make her feel comfortable as she learnt to spend time away from us. Our two girls have both attended Smiley Tots and we couldn’t be happier with the love and care all of the educators have shown our family. A truely fun and nurturing environment, which is evident by how much our kids have loved it! Thank you ST team.

Smiley Tots is a wonderful childcare facility! The staff and management are all warm, beautiful people. It’s a very nurturing environment for the children. My little one loved attending Smiley Tots before she started school and I look forward to when my youngest is old enough to attend. We love Smiley Tots.

Hands down the absolute best early education facility. We made the move as soon as our child turned 2 and able to attend. Brooke, Bri and the staff have created the best atmosphere and their genuine care for the children is obvious. There's nothing better than knowing the staff care for your children the way you do. It's evident management is not about the money, but rather embracing their families and treating them brilliantly. Cannot speak highly enough! Forever grateful to the ST team.

From the moment I called in to see how this centre would fit for my son and I, I knew I was in the right place. The centre director, Jenny is caring and very involved with the kids and parents. She was welcoming from the start, letting me bring my son in anytime for multiple visits before he started. All the teachers are great and my son has settled in really well with lots of friends. Through the whole Covid pandemic, Jenny has been caring and compassionate and seems to really care about all of her staff, parents and children. My son talks highly about all the educators and loves daycare. They also do food now which is a bonus.

My child has flourished enormously since attending Goodstart Early Learning Tweed Heads. The wonderful environment provided by the staff makes it easier for me to leave my child knowing that he is in great hands. I highly recommend this center. Your child will be well cared for and loved by The Incredible staff.

Goodstart tweed heads is an amazing daycare. They cater for all childrens different needs and communicate with families to provide each child with the best possible care they can. They are friendly and my son absolutely loves going there. He has made lots of friends and has progressed alot as he had a few issues from a previous daycare he attended. As a mother i feel safe and have absolutely no worries when i drop my son off. Well done to all the staff for the amazing job and effort they put into all the children.
