An air of cleanliness and efficiency prevales as you enter. Staff are always cheerful and friendly. Great range, on-site vet and groomers. Fish tanks always look clean and well maintained. Stock a good range of BARF dog food including Prime100 in all available flavours. Regular specials for club members and club is free to join.

All I needed was available here for my pets. Recently used the grooming services and his trim was so cute. My dog went in happily and came out happy. Staff always offer to help me to take things to my car if I have too much too carry. Very considerate.

Lovely groomers for my fur babies, staff are so kind and lovely to my babies Nina and Nelson (Springer Spaniels) they love going there.

I have just moved to this beautiful part of NSW so finding a good groomer for my two Havanese fur babies is part of settling in. Did we get it so amazingly right today!! Left my dogs in trepidation this morning - returned to the best groomed and cared for dogs ever!! It wasn't just the groom which was excellent based on solid knowledge of the breed / need but the associated service and attention to detail. Not only do my two dogs look amazing and correctly groomed based on their breed, but also enjoyed the experience and attention given! Charlotte and her team show love and true dedication to their skill / craft in grooming, offering extra support, experience and knowledge. Thank you!! True professionals. And to end...when they ring you to tell you it's time to pick up your ' babies'....it says it all...their true love of

Charlotte and her team are fantastic with my Paddington. They groom him and dog sit also He always has a smile on his face when with them Knowing his happy while I’m away is comforting They do a great job grooming him also.

Odin has been going for washes and trims to Charlotte and Tweed Dog Grooming & Day Care for 4 years. We also have Beth walk him and take care of him. Each and every time, he is treated with much care and as one of theirs! It is a pleasure to see Odin so happy once he knows where he is going! Our puppy loves this place ...gets to play with other dogs and gets a great groom at the same time. Prices are decent.

Left Zoe here whilst doing the "rail trail " bike ride. Lots of friendly staff and friendly dogs. Zoe seemed to like it after the initial hesitation .
