Accidentally missed my first appointment because of QLD time difference, Sam booked me in quickly again and the guys did a great, thorough job, reasonably priced and great, friendly service. I couldn’t recommend Carter Automotive more 10/10.

Charged us half of what other local mechanics have for the same service. Friendly, honest & go above and beyond. Super happy and will definitely be back in the future.

Been using these guys since moving to Tweed, probably the most honest and reliable mechanics I've been to anywhere. Twice, I've come here thinking my car was in deep trouble and both times were minor issues which they were very honest about, which saved me a lot of money due to integrity of staff. I know this should be the standard for most mechanics, but unfortunately not always the case. I don't usually leave reviews but felt obligated due to ongoing great experiences. Highly recommend this place.

We take all 3 of our cars here. They have a new video inspection for the customers to see what issues the car has. You can count on being informed well of any problems, and the job is done in a timely matter. Ben has been our contact person and helped with assessing what issues are a priority and what can wait until next service. Highly recommend these guys.

This place was great! They sent me a video of my car up on the hoist and showed me all the things that needed doing and described it all in the video, it was great! Great service.

Absolutely recommend these guys, they have never done wrong by me in all the years iv been taking cars to them. They are all very friendly and helpful. This morning I had coolant leaking all over my garage floor so I contacted them and explained my situation as im due to have a baby any day now they said bring it in straight away and they had the new part fitted and the car ready to be collected by this afternoon! Can't thank them enough honestly!
