Kim was absolutely fantastic. Went to Snooze to buy a doubl bed. But ended up getting more. Kim knew her products very well. And l had a great experience shopping at Snooze Tweed Heads. Glen was very helpful customer service was great and prices were so much better then other retailers. You can get a way better mattress for a better price.

Was no trouble for him to reassure me and he came straight away to collect them and order the correct ones. Have now got them. Very happy. From sale to delivery, excellent service. Nicky was extremely helpful and took the time to help me find the right matress and base system to suit my needs. On delivery the two gentlemen were extremely helpful in taking extra time to adjust my bed frame to fit the new base system. Extremely helpful and patient.
