From the moment we walked in the door the service was fantastic. Tracey was lovely, did us a deal on a bed and mattress to beat one of their bigger competitors and was really knowledgeable on store product. Certainly got our business today and I'll be back for a lounge soon too.

Amazing staff, great furniture, great price discounts, the experience with many of the people that work for Eureka furniture at returns as well in Brisbane. I had a piece of furniture that ended with one piece that didn’t work quite right but the experienced staff fixed everything for me with their great experience and friendly natures. I would recommend the Eureka Furniture companies in South Tweed and their staff in Brisbane as well for the help I got and the beautiful furniture and great sale bargains. I will definitely be back for more things, it’s just an amazing furniture place to go to for something extra special for your home. We purchased our lounge over the phone after researching on the website. From payment to delivery the customer service was excellent. We were updated on delivery date and the delivery crew were fast and efficient taking all the packaging with them. I would thoroughly recommend Eureka to purchase your next piece of furniture. Yes we love the comfortable new lounge suit.

Dining table is stunning and high quality. Delivery was fast and easy. Will definitely return to Eureka St to make further purchases.

David helped us with a technical issue in the television section and he managed to solve it for us with the most efficient option and we were very happy that we happened upon him in the store. What an asset he is to Harvey Norman Tweed Heads. He was happy to assist us and so patient. You almost never come across someone like him in the retail industry. We will be seeking him out personally on our next trip to the store.

Great service from Justin in the store and then the delivery was amazing they phoned to confirm and let us know that they would be a little earlier then allocated time, lovely young men who were careful and unloaded my items with care, over and done so quickly but not rushed. 10/10
