The flowers were exactly same as the picture. The presentation was good. Only thing is even though i had left a message to the florist to deliver my order after 4 p.m they had plan to send it in the morning. When i noticed the mistake by recieving tracking email immidiately i called them and they corrected their mistake. Execpt that all other thing was fine. Thanks to the florist n delivery team

The driver for this company was fantastic. He called me to ask if I was home and when I said i wasn’t he asked me where I would like the package to be left. After I asked him to leave it in a hidden location, He then asked me if I would like him to move the other packages I had at my door to that location (there was 4 other packages there!). I got home to find all my packages hidden and he had moved my bins so the other packages weren’t visible. I was really impressed by the delivery driver. He could have easily chucked the package on my door step and been on his way but he went out of his way to be a nice dude. Very impressed

Organised a floral delivery for my mum today -Friday -before the rush ! … Arrived and I was notified when delivered She loves the arrangement and the variety was really amazing to pick from So huge thanks and will certainly use again in future 10/10 from me

My item, which is a beautiful and delicate Lladro figurine arrived safely and undamaged. Thank you to Pack and Send for their meticulous attention to detail when wrapping and packaging the item to make sure that it travelled interstate and arrived in its original condition. I was worried when i purchased it that it might get chipped or worse. Will definitely be using them again!!

This was my first ever experience with Sherpa - they delivered my Petbarn order. It was an amazingly smooth efficient process - I knew when the driver was approaching - the tracking was spot on. The driver was super friendly and approachable and best of all - they delivered to our address when most wouldn’t (we get left out a lot as we are considered rural despite being 20 minutes from Canberra City centre). Fabulous service!! I recommend it it thoroughly, based on todays experience :)

Really impressed by this company. Delivers when promised, great tracking and drivers are always willing to take 2 extra steps to put the boxes on my walker so that I don’t have to carry them, or risk a fall to get them inside. Wish I had other deliveries as reliable as these guys.
