Technician who serviced my Dishwasher did an excellent job and was very friendly. Organising the service with the lady over the phone was smooth. The overall experience was top notch and I will call AGWS again if I have any problems with my other appliances.

AGWS came to repair my fridge under warranty today. The guy that arrived was amazing, professional and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended. Amazing work. Thank you.

Really easy to make an appointment and the parts were ordered in advance. The Technician that came was polite, efficient and did a great job of fixing my stove.

Mike came and repaired our oven. He messaged before he arrived and said what time he would be at our house. He was quick he knew his job and explained what he did. Very professional in his work ethics I would recommend Mike to repair any of my appliances.

Mike did a great job of fixing our Bosch dryer under warranty , he also fixed our washing machine after another technician had claimed it needed a spare part worth approx $400 and they hadn’t even looked at the machine properly . Mike actually pulled the machine out to rid the machine of water in the base tray - as I suspected it did not need the random part the other technician had suggested . Very grateful for people that do their jobs properly , I’d definitely recommend Mike from EPL

The technician, Alex, is very nice and professional. Problems solved in a very efficient manner. Really appreciated!
