Steve was punctual and friendly. He was very accommodating and did a great job with the flea treatment for my end of lease property.I was impressed by his professionalism and attention to detail. I would highly recommend Steve for any pest control services. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service he provided and will definitely be using his services again in the future.

Pest control done at Austral by Adam. Adam is being professional and friendly who did a really good job for our new home. He made sure every single corner of our home and cupboards even outside around our house are spray throughly and gave us instructions what to do after service. Definitely will refer Adam to my families and friends. Thank you Adam.

Had a birds nest that was being built by birds in the roof cavity of the 2nd story. Joey not only removed the nest he also fixed/sealed the ridge capping which was the cause of the birds being able to get in under the roof tiles. 100% recommend their services.

Michael was the technician who handled our pest control service. He thoroughly explained the process and demonstrated extensive knowledge. He did an excellent job spraying all areas, and we hope this resolves our cockroach issue. We're looking forward to seeing the results in the coming days.

We've been dealing with german roaches by ourselves for months with no avail but knock down has been amazing. We had to get three sessions (fingers crossed that's it) and it's been a night and day difference. Dylan was specifically very helpful and accommodating, so shout out to him!

We have been using knockdown for a few years now and the quality of the work is fantastic. Moe is very professional, will clearly ask you what you are after and any specific areas of concern. Highly recommend!

He lives locally so he's very familiar with the types of pests in the area and he was also very helpful in asking me to contact him if we have any pest issues in the future.
