I highly recommend the services of Stefan for all your house security system needs. We've been a client of Stefan's for approx. 14 years and in all that time Stefan has aways been professional, courteous and works around our restrictions in being home to meet him for either the annual maintenance of the system or when a upgrade/repair is required. Stefan is always transparent in all his activities and always provides the appropriate detail when it comes to discussions around new technology available or if our current system is still fit for purpose. I would have no hesitations at all in recommending SM Security Services. I'm glad we found him.

After ADT wanted $1000 to upgrade our communicator to 4G, I thought enough is enough. Since they were taken over last year, all they want is more and more money to service our system. After some research I asked Stefan to look over our place and quote to replace ADT. I was pleasantly surprised as the very reasonable quote, and decided to go ahead. One days work to install and test, and we were up and running. The monitoring service is also much more reasonable than ADT. Very pleased with the system, and Stefans support is always just a text message away. Thanks Stefan.
