I would like to thank the shoes section team (2 great guys) for being so supportive and helping me with a shoe replacement tonight at Myer Store in Adelaide CBD. I have had a terrible experience trying to solve a faulty product matter with a Myer Customer Service Agent via email and those both amazing sale assistants manage to represent Myer professionally and in the best way possible while I was in the store to pick up another product. Please make sure you recognise those guys and pass this information to your team! Very rare to find professionals who are able to see the big picture and understand their roles in the business.

Called the store to enquire about a product that was not showing availability on the website. Tina, one of the sales assistants, provided great customer service, from taking the time to search for the item, to helping with the transaction. There was another team member, whose name I did not catch, but also had a pleasant experience with her when in store. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and happy with the service provided.

Lovely service from the lady’s in the perfume section. Gave us some complimentary samples, they were very sweet and helpful.

I had a shopping experience at Kmart Ingle Farm yesterday and I must say, it was quite a mixed bag until I met a standout employee. After struggling to locate a specific item and receiving the same unhelpful response from two different workers (who I assume were managers or full-time staff), I finally came across a young gentleman. He was tall with blue eyes and tattoos, though I didn't catch his name. This guy went above and beyond – he went to check out back and found the item I was looking for. Not only that, he even asked if there was anything else he could assist me with, and sure enough, he helped me find another item I needed! His level of customer service was outstanding. It's exactly the kind of service I wish all Kmart staff provided. I hope his colleagues who weren't as helpful learned a thing or two from him. He truly made my shopping trip worthwhile.

Excellent service today, in particular upon entering and exiting the store. The service at the rear of store (while picking up a click & collect) was superb. After multiple visits it is apparent that the quality of staff is a credit to this store. Overall, the store is clean and well stocked with many new and interesting items arriving regularly. Highly recommend.

Photo/Layby Section - cannot fault their customer service. The guy who does photo albums went beyond the call of duty by ensuring that we met our target of 40 years of memories by our deadline. Sourcing covers quickly when we cleaned them out. Thanks jill larkin.

The team at the Party Store absolutely saved me in my urgent crisis to get one balloon filled with helium. After being turned away at both Big W Marion and Spotlight Melrose Park (total waiting time of 30+ minutes, plus driving all arouns town), I was cutting it fine to get one single balloon filled for that night. I arrived at 4:45pm in a sweat and feeling stressed. The amazing team (sorry forgot to take a name) absolutely saved the day and turned the pumps back on to get it done. Won't waste my time at the other stores again! Thank you team Cumberland Park - you understand a thing or two about customer service.

Open space which makes it easy to move and look around, a lot of stock and staff courteous. Staff at the balloons section are excellent, so helpful, polite and friendly. Enjoyed doing business with them. Spotlight was closer to get balloons organised but preferred to go out of my way for this Big W, they are excellent staff.

I did a click and collect with car boot delivery, it was so simple and the staff member who brought out my shopping was so lovely.
