Very pleased with my experience with the Oknalux team in Sydney. We ordered custom designed double glazed timber windows from them. The windows were a complex design (designed by our architect to fit a 90+ year old house), but this wasn't an issue for them. The final product is of a high quality and looks fantastic. The windows weren't cheap, but considering their size, the complexity involved and their quality, they were very good value. Michael and team were a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Oknalux for a custom window project.

The customer service I received from Paul Salopek was second to none and I have no doubt the product is also amazing. Paul spent time listening to my requirements very carefully and provided a great design of the windows and went to the effort of doing up two quotes for me based on different product options. We also had some very positive discussion on the phone regarding their options and products.Paul was happy to help me make adjustments to the quote to help me understand the final pricing etc and provided clear clarifications when I had asked questions. His professionalism was highly appreciated. I'd recommend them for customer service anyday!

Had an issue with the install on a door from an alternate installer during my build. The Jolong team came out free of charge and installed a small missing component which fixed the issue. Thankyou to the team.
