“Ashman Grove Residential Aged Care is an 87-bed, purpose-built facility conveniently located on the northern edge of Adelaide’s CBD. The online resident management system ensures a proactive approach to care, with daily reviews and monitoring of residents. The facility features a central courtyard that opens off one of the dining rooms and includes an outdoor entertainment area with BBQ facilities. There are numerous places for residents to enjoy the outdoors and a large lawn area for group therapy sessions. The facility offers three communal rooms and a private function room for those wishing to host family and friends. Additionally, visiting allied health professionals provides further support.

2025 Update: Each resident has a care plan that is updated every six months, and their GP manages their medical needs. The Ashman Grove team supports residents who enter care after a health event with a sensory program tailored to their personal and cultural needs.”

I recently had the pleasure of visiting UnitingSA Wesley House Aged Care and was thoroughly impressed with the facility. The recently re-developed building is modern and eco-friendly, and even received an ‘Award for Excellence in Aged Living Design’ at the Aged & Community Services SA&NT Awards?? The vibrant community of 168 residents enjoys modern living areas, beautiful sun-filled courtyards and an on-site cafe where they can socialize with family and friends. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing 24-hour care and allied health services such as physiotherapy, podiatry, and dietetics. There is also a secure memory support unit for residents with dementia One of the highlights of my visit was seeing the ultra-realistic dog statues scattered throughout the facility. They were so lifelike that I had to do a double-take to make sure they weren't real! It added a touch of humor and whimsy to the already welcoming atmosphere Overall, I highly recommend UnitingSA Wesley House Aged Care for anyone looking for a welcoming and caring environment for themselves or their loved ones.

My sister has been in Wesley House for a few months and can not speak more highly of it. She is relaxed and happy, she is also treated as an individual. Excellent staff.

Went to visit a new resident. Extremely clean, courteous staff. I was really impressed.

Has been here long time great staff lots of room for oldies to get around bute garden bird aviary very spacious covid check in rules apply at the moment.

Really good staff would trust them with my parents when the day comes that they require care. Great family feeling to the facility.

Really nice place staff are friendly and enthusiastic. My Dad had a terrible time finding a safe place to live after getting Alzheimer's. So glad we found this home.

Great staff allround. They genuinely care about their residents and one of whom is my Mother so thank you Ashman Team and keep up the great work.

Polite welcoming staff do utmost possible for clients loved ones and treat them as their family.
