I discovered this furniture store while searching for a specific type of lounge. Initially, I was drawn to the playpen with a storage ottoman, which seemed perfect for our lounge area. However, after checking the measurements, I realized it wouldn't be as functional as I'd hoped. While browsing the site, I found the Bronte left chaise with a sofa bed, which was a better fit for our space. I contacted the business, and they were very responsive, answering all our questions thoroughly. We chose the charcoal color and placed our order, though the lounge was on backorder and set to arrive in mid-October. The only minor issue was that I had to follow up several times regarding delivery, but once resolved, the process went smoothly, and the lounge fits perfectly in our area. I highly recommend this furniture warehouse—it's family-owned, and the fact that the products are Australian-made is a great bonus.

Will be my number 1 furniture place from now on! Purchased new lounge suites from Our Furniture Warehouse and just love them! Nothing like them at different furniture shops. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The removalists are also friendly guys, who do a great job by installing it all and taking away all the rubbish. Had one tiny hiccup but Our Furniture Warehouse was able to rectify the issue within a day and we were extremely satisfied with the result. Will definitely be back to purchase again soon!!!
