From the moment my husband and I walked into Macon mattresses at Croydon SA. We were made to feel very welcomed, but a lovely lady who ran through three or four different mattresses that we liked the look of . She suggested we lay on them to try them out. What a delight it was to be served by Chris at Sleepy’s Mile End! He was highly knowledgable, engaging, personable and a consummate professional. Chris talked us through the benefits of different mattresses, listening carefully to our needs and individualising recommendations in response. Despite the store being located in South Australia, he was happy to organise for our purchase to be delivered to our home in Hobart. We couldn’t recommend this business and Chris more highly.

We can't rate Chris highly enough. He is very friendly, helpful, and professional. He provided us with amazing assistance in choosing the right mattress, adjustable base, and bed. He spent a lot of time with us trying numerous mattresses to ensure that the one we purchased was perfect for our needs and comfort. Chris was very helpful, friendly and very patient, not to mention a very funny guy and made you feel very comfortable. We didn't feel like being rushed into buying. Bowie is very knowledgeable about mattress types and technologies and patiently answers our questions. we bought Divine plus extra firm mattress queen size few weeks back and we are so happy with it. would highly recommend this mattress for someone who has spine issues. prices are also very reasonable and affordable compared to other showrooms. Delivery was very quick and its well protected during transport (3 layers of protections). Bowie at the delivery also shared with us extra info about mattress maintenance and other useful info. we are so happy with this place, that we bought a second mattress 'plush heaven firm' king size today. After visiting all showrooms, this was the place we last visited...Wish we found this place much earlier, it could have saved our time. Highly recommended R&B, their services and products are 10/10. We purchased two mattresses from this place , one after the other as we were extremely happy with quality of the mattresses for the price we paid. This place is far more better than all other showrooms which sell items for thousands of dollars for even an okay product. Purchased a few mattress with R&B last year, super happy with the quality. They have various selection, there will always be one that suits your needs! Had back pains with our previous mattresses, but ever since we changed with them can see instant improvements within days. Already back to pre-order a few more for the rest of the family!
