Just picked up our keys to our house, all I can say is that the whole process was easy from selections to the finished product thanks to the supervisor Jake. The construction services team were also very helpful along the way with ongoing support and care. We were told build time would be approximately 12 months and there were times where trades had been delayed however they still managed to finish the build in time! I will be going through Hickinbotham in future! Thank you for creating our home.

Regent homes recently built a single storey home for us in Rostrevor. Our building supervisor Adrian Ousman was a pleasure to deal with. Adrian informed us of any problems that came up and worked constructively with us to resolve every one of them. He kept us informed of the next stages of the build and the anticipated dates. Nothing phased him and he was always calm and pleasant, always answering my calls or returning them or a text the same day. He was ably supported by the construction manager Phil who was also very helpful and knowledgeable during the build. The overall result is excellent and we would recommend Regent homes.

The design team were fantastic and we were thrilled to have the capacity to tailor a design to suit our vision. The budget was managed in an honest and planful way, ie no unexpected price increases.
