I had the Best shopping experience served by a gorgeous young man named Jett. Awesome customer service professional & engaging. Great range & great prices. Love the whole vibe going on in store Homewares huge selection. I have been shopping at Kmart since I was a little girl. Back then they had a cafe in store.

I had a wonderful experience at Kmart Figtree. I was served by Tasharna who was extremely friendly, helpful and patient. She went out of her way to personally walk with myself to find my desired purchase and assisted in understanding the product. She is an excellent employee that made my Kmart experience easy.

I was served by Marissa who was on the checkout this evening, what a lovely pleasant young lady. After a long day iat work it was so nice to be served by a 'happy' worker. All Kmarts could do with a Marissa.

BIGW...is distinguished by its large, spacious size, very comfortable, and also neat and prec,because it the things you want in terms of merchandise, starting from men's, women's, and children's clothing, as well as sports, school, and work shows, as well as men's and women's household shows, as well as underwear of all kinds. As for electrical kitchen appliances, the freezer, the oven (oven),the refrigerator, the TV,and also mattresses, there are also stationery for school, computer electronics, etc... and some sweet and toys for children, as well as equipment for baby children, large and small bicycles of all kinds, tools for fishing and camping, and also wonderful accessories and make-up as well.As for their prices, they are It is very appropriate and in terms of the treatment of the staff, they are very cooperative and courteous with customers.

I love the layout of this Big W. You can walk around the store in a loop and not miss any section of the store. Some stores have nooks and crannies that you have to navigate around or through to get where you want to go which makes it confusing. But, at this store there are no such complications. Well done Big W Warrawong, on designing an easy to navigate floor plan.

Staff is always very friendly and helpful here! We also like the fact that shelves are very tidy and the whole shop doesn’t seem messy/ dirty (unlike some other big franchises sometimes). We recently had to return our travel pram and the lady was very nice and helpful. Thanks guys.

The staff here at Target Wollongong have been extraordinary. Always very helpful and considerate and nothing seems to be a bother. I've always received immediate attention and they've been willing to personally guide and help me through the store to ensure I find what I'm looking for. It's not very often I've come across service like this, and it's happened so often and consistently over the past few years that I decided it's time to write this review. I don't know if it's just luck or what, but they've always been stocked up with what I'm looking for, which saves me the inconvenience of travelling longer distances especially as I don't currently have a car and it's only a 20 minute walk for me.

Although not as extensive as American Targets, I reckon Target Wollongong is still a great place to shop. Recently including the Anko range means I don't have to travel all the way to Kmart AND I can shop for Target-brand items too, which is very convenient :) This store has a moderate-large range of items.

Great customer service. Loved that I can use my Flybuys dollars to use on purchases. Picked up some popular games for our weekly family games night. The newer Trivial Pursuit was on sale for $20 seen this item at other retailers for $49. Love a bargain.
