It was the first time we built but the whole process was so easy, communication was amazing from deciding on a design to after we had moved in. Everyone at Evolution Building Group was super helpful and friendly through the whole process. If we ever build again we definitely would build again with Evolution Building Group. From the first shovel in the ground right through to handover, CKS Projects handled the whole thing with real care and know how. We went with a sustainable villa and used energy efficient stuff like fire rated insulation and double-glazed windows no cutting corners. They worked with us on a split-level design that suited our Kiama block down to a tee. Turned out even better than we pictured, to be honest. We can’t thank Keiron & the CKS Team enough.

Keiron and the team excelled at keeping our project on track despite the many setbacks of this complex build. They did so with calm efficiency and always with our best interests in mind. Great communication that was clear and well-managed kept us up to date throughout. Would highly recommend.
