Outstanding service from Kris, he really goes above and beyond for his customers and truly is an asset to your company. The entire team were polite, helpful and wonderful staff to have in a store. We cannot thank Kris enough for his patience. I came back and forth as we were deciding which lounge was the right lounge for us, and then all his help in adding on the little bits and pieces of furniture we needed to finish off the kids rooms was just wonderful. I know who I’ll be looking for anytime I return to Fantastic Furniture.

Bought a Venus single bed for my daughter and Melony and the young man in there were so lovely with great customer service. We were greeted but given time to browse. They were lovely to my daughter and helped when it was time to choose. We also had a breezey pick up process and back dock worker was lovely. Just really great customer service and will definitely be shopping here for our next purchase.

The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The woman (Kel) that was helping me, knows what stock is in the store and was very helpful. I was also able to just look around at my leisure, no pushy sales people here Amazing products with affordable prices. A pleasant store to deal with. I will return to this store. Thanx.

Absolutely fantastic service from Jade and Julie! They were most attentive, ever so kind, and very cheery to talk with while helping us pick out our sofa and coffee table for our new home. My partner and I cannot praise them enough. We look very forward to our new furniture and we certainly will be back for future furnishing thanks to the great impression they gave us.

Everyone knows that nick scali mean’s quality. We ordered our new lounge and when it arrived we were not disappointed. From start to finish the process was smooth and on time. The staff at the warrawong store were friendly and helpful. The delivery guys were excellent and very professional. Overall a brilliant experience and we will know doubt be recommending them to our friends.

We dealt with Chris form the Coniston store, who was amazing. Helped us purchase an entire house of new furniture and custom lounge. Everything arrived within the two given timeframes and looks amazing. Really happy with quality and the service was top notch. One item arrived and had a mark and it was replaced without question almost immediately. Out of the 20 pieces for furniture, only one had a mark and it was replaced. Will definitely be back. Couldn’t be happier with our purchases and Chris has made the entire experience so easy and seamless.

Went into lounges plus just to look around and see if they had a lounge that we liked. Customer service was exceptional from the moment we walked in. No pushy sales techniques and took the time to show us a few different varieties of styles then gave us time to walk around and think. Gave us an amazing deal which was an added bonus. Would definitely shop there again.. got our eye on some furniture next.

Incredible customer service! Me and my wife went in looking for a new lounge and found this place to be very easy, very well run and found the exact product we wanted.
